We all know it is a pain in the ass to get a Covid Test before the show let a long find one. That is why the CDC recommends catching a prog metal concert. This way there is plenty of time to catch the majority of their set even after you wait for the test results. 

CDC Director Rochelle Walensky stated: 

“If you have to see a concert tonight, we strongly recommend catching progressive metal bands and doom metal bands such as Tool, Opeth and Dream Theater . These bands take a good 24 to 48 hours to complete one song, so if you get your PCR test, there is a guarantee that you will make it to their concert before their first song ends. We can guarantee that everyone will be safe at these shows and that everyone got quality testing before hand so nobody should feel unprotected at these shows”. 

She also added 

“Tool’s new album came out in 2019 and I am still not through the whole thing yet. The amount of time it took me to get through one song is twice the length of a PCR test. These are the bands to see”.
