With their new single, Death by Rock N Roll, the band is able to kick our ass and keep us coming back for more.

After leading you in with a use of footsteps, we are thrown into a realm of groovy riffs and then immediately, Taylor’s serenading voice leads us right in with beauty and attitude. Her voice constantly builds up with range and pitch and by the time you are a minute into this track, you are fully immersed. There is a nice formula demonstrated on this track that is familiar, yet fresh. The guitar solo kicks in over hard-hitting drums that deliver its own distinct melody and it fits in this track better than a puzzle piece. This track has the ability to be suspenseful and full on in your face with down and dirty rock N roll! With a nice gentle outro of Taylor’s voice, the song comes full circle, ending with a bit of mystery and as always, leave us wanting more. 

The Pretty Reckless is easily one of the best testaments when it comes to proving Rock is anything but dead. There will always be a band that carry the torch and light it up even more.
