Capstan really perfected their sound of their 2019 release of Restless Heart, Keep Running. It was easily the ultimate experimental album combing both old school and new school metalcore sounds, alternative rock and post hardcore. With many different sounds, emotions and elements of intensity, Capstan masters the art of experimentation, thus leading to their own signature sound.

They deliver a minute and half long killing spree of a track with groove, flow and attitude, demonstrating their more aggressive and intense side.
