The World Health Organization has deemed the Nu Variant too much of a poser to be labeled a variant of concern. While this variant has many mutations such as an overabundance of rap, overuse of synthesizers and programed drums, OG Dr Anthony Fauci, I has said that these mutations pose no risk to immunity from natural infection or vaccines 

“We examined this variant very closely. While this variant has plenty of spiked hair, it lacks spike protein that would cause this to be superior or dangerous. While one effect can be some bad headaches and partial bleeding in the ears, there is no reason to be concerned. That is why we stress vaccinations.” Dr Anthony Fauci

Dr Francis Collins of the NIH also weighed into this variant and stated that there is not enough blast beats, heavy riffing, and too little distortion that makes this virus not a threat in anyway. 

“When you look at other variants of concern, such as the new Omicron variant, that really goes full on pedal to the metal and really knows how to open a pit. That is real concern. This Nu Variant was discovered in the 90s and slowly faded into obscurity. While many posers have been infected with this, they lack the right amount of distortion and blast beats to really have long running damage aside from a few embarrassing photos. While the new Limp Bizkit album and the Mudvayne reunion may have caused a minor panic of it spreading, these spikes quickly came and went” 

Omicron is the latest variant of concern, which has caused travel bans as well as possibly destroying Christmas. Now that’s fucking metal.
