The drums are cut throat and the riffs are crunchy and insane, all while having a great flow with every element working so well cohesively.Tombs of Chaos incorporates riffs that have a tad more melody in it with intense rhythm to back it up. The incredible drumming helps dictate the direction of everything else. When the first growl comes in, it slows down a little bit in tempo while the double bass maintains the intensity. Its able to reinforce suspense and recapture the imaginations by being a tad more experimental in its overall structure. The soloing is the guide to lead you out as everything fades. Enshrined in Agony Serves as a great interlude to give you a chance to catch your breath and demonstrate more imagery, mystery and experimentation. Dissectasy brings back the full blown intensity once again. Riffs and rhythm morph together to create one hell of a dark sound as it moves very well and has the ability to make every passing second more and more elevating. You feel it speeding up more and more as it moves along then the sludgy sustained notes of the guitar pulls you in before going all out shredding. Another awesome way of further demonstrating technical excellence.of a thrashy way of leading you in before kicking in again with its brutality and intensity. Awesome way of further demonstrating technical excellence. Eternal Hatred Calmly fades in. You hear the riffs and double bass slowly emerge from the shadows which makes going into this intense track much more brutal and much more unsettling. Though it takes a slower approach again it still doesn’t hold back in its pure relentless madness.Unfurling the Casket is slower and more doomy start once again. It has a bit of an epic tone to lead you in that is very powerful then continues its intensity once it all kicks in all while there is tons more melody is demonstrated in the guitar tones, making it more of a Gothenburg melodic death metal style in its soling. Ending with Stench of Paradise Burning, It is very reminiscent of Reign in Blood by Slayer, leading you in with the intense hard hitting drums and soloing tradeoff. Then all hell is unleashed. Growls are way more defined and the soloing is able to also capture more power and technical excellence. It is the perfect way to let every element stand out to end it off.

It can’t be said enough, but Death Metal is in great hands. With bands such as Gatecreeper, Necrot, Blood Incantation and Skeletal Remains carrying the flag, this genre of death will always be granted new life.
