Like a Storm 2/12/19

Like a Storm is one of those bands that prove that Rock N’ Roll cannot be defined by one sound, a specific imagery or certain subject matter. Like a Storm really showcased their phenomenal songwriting abilities with their new record Catacombs, but were also able to really showcase on how great they are live with their technical capabilities and their phenomenal production to support their live performances. Like a storm played songs from many different eras of their catalogue, and the reaction and stage presence was energetic throughout the entirety of it. From epic visuals that were utilized in the background, to an awesome use of the fog machine, Like a Storm were able to have a great production to go along with their sound. This is a prime example in which you cannot judge a band just by listening to their album. You are never sure of what a band is capable of until you see them live and witness their energy, production and dedication towards their fans.

Like a Storm have many different sounds to where one minute the audience will be throwing up their horns, starting a brutal moshpit and then waving their lighters or cellphone lights. Like a Storm are able to capture many different vibes, emotions and more with their different sounds, production, stage presence and more, and their performance 2/12 at The Gramercy Theater is a true testament to that.
